1. Are your products easy for seniors to use?

Yes, all of our devices are selected with simplicity, safety, and senior-friendly functionality in mind. Most products are plug-and-play or come with clear instructions.

2. Do your smart devices work with Alexa or Google Assistant?

Yes, many of our smart devices are compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. Compatibility is listed on each product page.

3. Are the cameras and smart devices Wi-Fi enabled?

Yes, the majority of our devices connect to your home Wi-Fi for remote control and monitoring.

4. Do I need a smartphone to use these products?
Most smart features require a smartphone for setup and control. However, some products (like emergency alarms) work independently.
5. Can I get help installing or setting up my device?

6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international countries.
7. How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders: 5–8 business days

International orders: 7–15 business days

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $300.
9. Do I get tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
10. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us immediately at 1-800-768-9332. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
What’s Single Domain License?

Single Domain License or Regular License allows you to use the purchased theme on a single domain (website) only. All our themes come with Single Domain License. if you would like to use theme license on multiple websites, you need to purchase the license for each website

Returns & Warranty

11. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day free return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
12. How do I start a return?
Call Us at 1-800-768-9332 or email us at info@familyfristdevices.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
13. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Yes, custom products, personal care items, and items marked final sale are non-returnable.
14. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, most devices come with a standard 6-month limited warranty. Check the product page for specific details.
15. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at 1-800-768-9332 and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

17. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout system.
18. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they ship. Please contact us ASAP at 1-800-768-9332
19. Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax may be applied depending on your location and local regulations.
20. Do you offer gift cards or gift options?
